Kimberly Marsh Guinasso practices primarily in the areas of government affairs and legislative advocacy. Formerly Legal Counsel and Bill Drafting Advisor to the Nevada Assembly, Mrs. Guinasso has extensive experience in drafting legislation and providing legal analysis covering a wide range of issues including worker’s compensation, taxation, government finance, transportation, public works projects, elections, campaign finance, eminent domain, utilities, water and administrative law.
Mrs. Guinasso is a proud native Nevadan who has a particular affection for the rural parts of our great state. Ms. Guinasso received her law degree from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina and her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Mrs. Guinasso currently accepts a limited number of matters on a case-by-case basis.
